Grooomie does not store sensitive payment information.
Pricing may vary based on services, location, or salon.
Failure of payment may result in cancellation of booking.
Users may cancel bookings within the allowed cancellation window.
Refund eligibility depends on timing and service provider policies.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges.
Grooomie reserves the right to define and update cancellation rules.

Not to misuse the platform

To behave respectfully with salon staff and professionals
Not to engage in fraudulent or harmful activities

Grooomie is not liable for:
Service quality issues by salon partners
Delays, cancellations, or unavailability
Any indirect or consequential damages
We act as an intermediary connecting users and service providers.
All content, branding, and design of Grooomie are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
